Hello, I am Gail Mason and I am the owner and operator of Riverside Reiki Room, LLC. My journey and primary emphasis have combined Reiki with the vibrational healing energies of Crystals, Sound (tuning forks, singing bowls, drums, and a plethora of other instruments), and Essential Oils to promote healing and restore a person’s overall well-being back to its natural state.
My interest in self-healing and Holistic Healing Arts came about many years ago, but after countless hours of education, life had different plans for me. I had been working in “Corporate America” in a leadership position for many years when several major life events occurred, and the universe decided now was the time for me to reconnect. This is when Reiki found me. With the help and support of my husband and children my journey with Holistic & Complementary Healing Arts continues to this day. I began to study and dive deep into more natural ways of healing our bodies. Some of my studies include Reiki, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Emotional Frequency Technique, The Human Energetic Body, Kinesiology, Acupressure, Animal Reiki, Metaphysics, Quantum Physics, and Shamanic healing; to name a few.
I am currently trained and Certified in a few different styles of Reiki: Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Ryoho Master/Teacher, Usui/Tibetan Jikiden Reiki; Shoden & Okuden, Kundalini Reiki and Angel Reiki. I am also a Certified Crystal Healing Therapist and Sound healer. I am a Certified Professional Member of the International Center for Reiki Training and the Reiki Healing Association.
I am based near Baton Rouge, Louisiana and offer “in-person” treatments in a safe, private, cozy and clean environment. I also offer “distant/remote” healing treatments, which can be done in the comfort of your own home and by phone communication, or Zoom. I am a firm believer that we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves at the core of the issue instead of medicating the symptoms whenever possible.
Reiki can cause no harm and is a fantastic complementary healing modality that works in conjunction with traditional medicine and will not interfere with current treatments, therapies or medications. I am also a firm believer that healing is a team effort. Clients must be willing and able to go within and let go of some deep-seated, hidden issues, hurts, and fears to allow healing to start taking place. We work together to achieve your wellness goals. I get very excited and happy for my clients every time they share with me their experiences during and after their treatments. This is the exact reason I love and live these healing modalities daily, and I am humbled and grateful to be the conduit for the facilitation.
My mission is to reach as many people as I possibly can and educate at least one person in every household on the many healing benefits of Reiki. Not only do I practice Reiki and help facilitate healing for others; I also teach educational courses to those who are interested in pursuing this phenomenal healing modality. Whether you want to learn Reiki for self-healing, facilitate healing for family and friends, or if you feel Reiki has called you to pursue all levels of Reiki and become a Master/Teacher to educate and teach others; I can help you on your path.
