What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese holistic healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. The practitioner uses light, hands-on touch to restore the flow of energy in and around the body.
Where is Riverside Reiki Room?
Riverside Reiki Room is based near Baton Rouge, Louisiana and serves Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. In-person sessions take place in a private studio; the exact location is shared when you book.
Do you offer distance or remote Reiki?
Yes. Distance Reiki sessions are done while you are in the comfort of your own home, with communication by phone or Zoom.
How much does a Reiki session cost?
A 30-minute Reiki healing session is $65 and a 1-hour session is $75. Combination sessions range from $85 for Reiki with Crystal Healing or Cord Cutting to $110 for the 75-minute Reiki, Crystals & Sound Healing session.
What happens during a session?
You rest fully clothed and comfortable while Gail works with Reiki, crystals or sound instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks. Most clients describe deep relaxation, and many notice changes in body, mind and spirit after a single session.
Is Reiki safe alongside medical treatment?
Yes. Reiki, Crystal Healing and Sound Healing are complementary and do not interfere with medical treatment, therapies or medications. Gail is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose or prescribe; please continue your care with your health care providers.
Can I learn Reiki myself?
Yes. Gail teaches Reiki Level I ($198), Reiki Level II ($298) and Reiki Master/Teacher ($1,195) training courses — for self-healing, for helping family and friends, or for becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher.
Do you offer Reiki for pets?
Yes. Animal and Pet Reiki Healing is a 30-minute session for $65.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. eGift cards are available in $65, $75, $85, $110 and $133 amounts — matching the price of each session.
